- Example brief: one 15–30 second film, approximately 3–5 shots, in one agreed aspect ratio.
- Delivery: one 1080p H.264 MP4; captions and voiceover included only when listed in the quote. Upscaling is identified where used.
- One consolidated revision round on the agreed edit. New scripts, scenes or aspect ratios are additional scope.
- Indicative delivery: 3–5 working days after the brief and assets are approved. Longer stories are quoted separately.
02ComfyUI & Custom AI

Practical AI production on your hardware or a separately approved cloud GPU. Choose a repair, a new workflow or a training brief; each has its own acceptance criteria.
- Repair pilot: one existing workflow and one reproducible issue. New workflow: one defined generation task and agreed output settings.
- Delivery: editable workflow JSON, version and model list with official links, example outputs and setup / handover notes.
- One revision round against the agreed task. Repair estimate: 3–5 working days; new workflow: 5–10. LoRA dataset size and training time are scoped separately.
- LoRA pilot: one subject, one agreed base model and up to 30 approved training images; one .safetensors LoRA, eight evaluation images and training settings. Indicative timing: 5–10 working days after dataset acceptance.
- Hardware compatibility is checked before quoting. Model weights, installation, GPU rental and paid APIs are included only when explicitly listed.
03Graphics & Ebooks

From a concept to organised final assets. Choose a logo, a small campaign set or a digital publication; the quote states exactly which files and pages are included.
- Logo example: up to three initial directions, one selected design refined into vector artwork, with colour, black, white and small-size versions.
- Logo delivery: outlined SVG, transparent PNG exports and a short colour / typography guide. Indicative timing: 5–7 working days.
- Ebook pilot: one cover and up to 12 supplied content pages, delivered as a screen-ready PDF. Indicative timing: 5–10 working days; extra pages quoted separately.
- Illustration pilot: one finished illustration in one agreed style, plus up to three crop / size exports as PNG or JPG; 3–5 working days. Layered source files are included only when listed.
- One consolidated revision round on the selected direction. Copywriting, proofreading, print preflight, EPUB, font purchases and trademark clearance are separate items.

- Starter brief: one page, up to six content sections, supplied text and brand assets, mobile and desktop layouts, and one agreed enquiry form.
- Delivery: HTML / CSS / JavaScript source, agreed media assets and deployment / handover notes. Account access and form delivery are tested as part of the agreed setup.
- One consolidated revision round. Indicative delivery: 5–10 working days once content and access are ready.
- Domain, hosting, email, paid themes and external subscriptions are separate. Store setup, checkout, migrations, SEO campaigns and ongoing maintenance are individually quoted.

- Four custom icons from £120; eight icons and an atlas £220; eight icons, atlas and a compact UI set £350.
- One visual direction and one revision round. Icon dimensions, UI element count and atlas layout are fixed in the quote.
- Delivery: transparent PNG icons and an atlas with a file / size sheet. Editable SVG is supplied for vector UI elements included in the brief.
- Indicative delivery: 5–7 / 7–10 / 10–14 working days respectively. Engine integration, animation, 3D assets and engine-specific testing are separately scoped.
06AI Assistants for Business

- Local FAQ pilot £300: one use case, up to eight supplied text sections and 5,000 words, a branded interface, source links and an editable project brief.
- Delivery: local application files, the agreed knowledge content, evaluation examples and setup / usage notes for one agreed computer.
- One revision round. Indicative delivery: 10 working days after approved content and hardware details are received.
- Public hosting, model downloads, running costs, CRM connections, document ingestion and ongoing support are scoped separately. Answers are tested against agreed questions.

- Delivery: one stereo WAV and one MP3, at the agreed duration, with a short usage / production note. Indicative timing: 3–5 working days.
- Original lyrics, AI-generated vocals, longer songs, alternate edits and video synchronisation are quoted separately.
- Usage is agreed for the named project before production. Third-party licences and paid tools are itemised where needed; stems and exclusivity are included only if expressly agreed.
09Custom Minecraft Worlds

A world built around your idea: a fantasy kingdom, a floating-island adventure or a personal place to explore. We shape the theme, landmarks and player journey together.
- Starting brief: one custom Java Edition world, with an agreed map size, Minecraft version and list of key locations.
- Adventure options include written clues, character notes, treasure routes and encounters. Mechanics and objectives are agreed before building.
- Delivery: the world save, installation instructions and a checklist of the agreed gameplay checks. One consolidated revision round.
- Price and delivery schedule are quoted after the brief. Bedrock / Xbox conversion, Realm setup, plugins and custom scripted systems require a separate compatibility review and scope.

These are starting scopes for a quote. Before work begins, we confirm the deliverable count, duration or page count, dimensions, formats, schedule, price, usage and any source files in writing. Timelines are indicative working days from receipt of the approved brief, assets and agreed payment.
One revision round means one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed direction. A new concept, extra outputs or a changed brief are quoted before additional work. External costs — cloud GPUs, paid APIs, stock, fonts, voice services, hosting or domains — require your approval before being incurred.
Communication: 09:00–18:00 UK time, Monday–Friday. Ongoing support and response commitments are agreed per project.

We agree revision rounds, export formats and any source or workflow files in the quote, before work begins.
Can you guarantee an exact AI result?+
We set a realistic brief and review outputs carefully. AI results can vary, so exact identity, typography or product detail may require additional work. We discuss those needs before accepting the project.
